The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, specifically the Faculty of Economics, Business Administration and Tourism, together with the Town Council of San Bartolomé de Tirajana shall be hosting the : INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT OF TOURIST DESTINATIONS This conference will be held within the framework of the V INTERNATIONAL MASPALOMAS COSTA CANARIA TOURISM FORUM, that will take place next 14h and 15th December 2017, and will count with the collaboration of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), l’Université Ibn Zohr (through l’Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion)- Agadir (Morocco) and the Center of Tourism and Economics Studies (CETURE).
The main aim of this conference is to create an international forum where academics, researchers, professionals and students may discuss different aspects concerning competitiveness, trends, innovation, etc., together with business initiatives launched in island destinations. Likewise, it aims to foster collaboration by means of multidisciplinary relations in both the tourist sector and academic fields.
